Pay Band: PB-3 Rs. 15600-39100 with GP Rs. 7600/- (SI. No. 1 & 2)
1. Director (Research & Administration) – 01 Post
Age Limit: 55 years
Educational Qualifications:(i) Good academic record with a Doctor’s degree in a relevant field (in History). About 10 years experience of teaching and/ or research and development.
(ii) Provided further that candidates not possessing a Doctor’s degree may be considered if they have to their credit equivalent research published work of high academic standard.
Age Limit: 45 years (SI. No. 2 & 3)
Educational Qualifications:(i) A Doctor’s degree in History or Research work of an equally high standard.
(ii) Adequate experience in editing.
(iii) Sound knowledge of research methodology in History.
(iv) 5 years experience in Teaching/ Research with published papers in reputed journals.
3. Deputy Director (Publication) – 01 Post
Pay Band: PB-3 Rs. 15600-39100 with GP Rs. 6600/-
Educational Qualifications:(i) Bachelor’s degree with Post Graduate diploma in Book Publishing with specialization in book production.
(ii) At least 7 years practical experience of working in a publishing house or a research institution dealing with the production of books.
(iii) Thorough knowledge regarding book cover design, layout papers, blocks with skill in typography and modern printing processes.
