Scientist ‘D’ Molecular Biology

No of Post: 01
Pay Band: Rs. 15600-39100 with GP Rs. 7600/-
Age Limit: 45 years
Educational Qualifications & Essential: First Class Master’s degree in Molecular Biology/Microbiology from a recognised University, with 8 years R&D/Teaching Experience in relevant subjects after 1st class Master’s Degree.
                                                          OR
2nd Class M. Sc + Ph.D. degree in Molecular Biology from a recognized University, with 8 years R&D/Teaching Experience in relevant subjects after M.Sc. + Ph.D.
Desirable: (i) Doctorate Degree in Biomedical Science/Microbiology subject from a recognised University. Preference will be given to the candidates having experience in HPV associated oral, breast and cervix cancers.
(ii) Published research papers in the field of cancer biology in Pubmed indexed journals with impact factor of at least 2.0.
(iii) Knowledge of Computer Applications and Statistical Methods.

Age Limit: 45 years
Educational Qualifications & Essential: First Class Master’s degree in Population Studies/Social Sciences from a recognised University, with 8 years R&D/Teaching Experience in relevant subjects including Demographic and Health related research project, after First Class Master’s Degree.
                                                                OR
2nd Class M. Sc + Ph.D. degree in Population Studies/Social Sciences from a recognized University, with 8 years R&D/Teaching Experience in relevant subjects including Demographic and Health related research project after M.Sc. + Ph.D.
Desirable: (i) Doctorate Degree in Population Studies/Social Sciences from a recognised University.
(ii) Published research papers in the field of cancer in Pubmed, indexed journals with impact factor of at least 2.0.
(iii) Experience in analysing Oncology associated Demographic and Health survey data and experience in project report preparation.
(iv)  Knowledge of Computer Applications and Statistical Methods.
