Educational Qualifications
|
Essential: (i) A recognized medical qualification included in the first or second schedule of part-II of Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the India Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of Section 13 of IMC Act, 1956.
(ii) Post-graduate qualifications mentioned in the Schedule VI of the MCI Act, or equivalent.
(iii) At least 3 years experience after post-graduation as Tutor/Demonstrator/ Lecturer/ Registrar/ Research Officer/ Senior Resident in recognized medical institutions.
Desirable: Formal training in medical education technology and or knowledge in the modern equivalent techniques including generation of MCQs, analysis of performance of the candidates etc.

|
Essential: Post Graduate Degree/ Professional Degree and five years of experience with minimum 5 years service in the pay Band Rs. 15600-39100 + Rs. 5400 as grade pay in the area of administration preferably in medical institution. The terms of deputation on Foreign Service will be in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government in this regard time to time.
