(i) A member of Indian Audit and Accounts Service who has rendered at least 5 years of service as a member of Indian Audit and Accounts Service.
(ii) At least 3 years experience of handling finance and accounts matters in the Ministry/Department of Central Government or its subordinate offices.
Desirable: MBA (Finance) or a qualified Chartered
Accountant or a Cost Accountant.
