(i) Only Indian Citizens domiciled in Meghalaya are eligible to apply.
(ii) Candidates should be able to speak read and write at least one of regional language of the State.
(iii) A candidate should not be less than 21 years and not more than 27 years as on 01.01.2016 with usual relaxation of 5 years in case of candidates belong to the SC/ST.
