Educational Qualification & Experience
|
Essential: Tech Degree in Food Technology/Food Science & Technology/Agricultural Engineering/Post Harvest Technology with at least 60% marks or above.
Desirable: Post Graduate Degree in Food Technology/Food Science & Technology/Agricultural Engineering/Post Harvest Technology with at least 55% marks or above.
Experience: At least 5 years experience in a food processing industry of repute with area of specialization in.
(i) Dairy Technology
(ii) Processing of meat and poultry
(iii) Fruits and Vegetable Processing
(iv) Grain and Cereal Technology
(v) Ready-to-eat foods
(vi) Pilot Plant errection, commissioning & running of pilot plant.
(vii) Technology innovation.
(viii) Dissemination of technology to the industries.
(ix) Process re-engineering.
(x) Commercialization of technologies.

Educational Qualification & Experience
|
Essential: Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engg/ Agricultural Engg.
Desirable: B.Tech/ B.E. Mechanical, Production/ Industrial/ Agricultural/ Food Engg.
Experience: 4-5 years experience of maintenance of food manufacturing lines, packaging lines etc. in food manufacturing companies
