Educational Qualifications
|
Essential: A Degree from a recognize university. Deputation will be from the officers holding analogous post or the post of Senior Deputy Secretary and equivalent post in the GAD/HRD in the scale of pay of 32900-58000 (16000-20800 pre-revised) and above with 3 years regular service in thegrade in Govt./Semi Govt./PSUs or Autonomous Bodies will be eligible as per RR Annexure – I. The selection is by merit for which the bench mark in overall grading in the ACRs will not be below “Very Good”.
Desirable: Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Social Work/ Labour welfare or allied subjects or degree in Law from a recognized university/ institution.
