Educational Qualifications & Experience

Essential: (i) Master’s Degree in Science or degree in Engineering from a recognized Institute or University or equivalent and
(ii) 12 years experience in the regular Group – ‘A’ Posts not below the rank and Pay scale of Pay Band-3 of Rs. 15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rs. 6600/- in Government Department or Institution or Central Public Sector Undertaking or University or Government Research Institution or Autonomous or Statutory body at the administrative or managerial level with practical experience in matters relating to scientific, engineering or management aspects of pollution control and
Desirable: Ph.D in Science relating to Environment or M.Tech in Engineering in a discipline relating to Environment from a recognized Institute or University or equivalent.
