National Board of Examinations (NBE) is an autonomous organization, established to conduct the Post-graduate Examinations of high standards in the field of Modern Medicine at the National Level. NBE invites applications from the eligible and desirous candidates for the following posts.

1. Deputy Director (Medical) {01 Post}
|
Educational Qualifications
|
Essential: (i) A recognized medical qualification included in the first or second schedule of part-II of Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of Section 13 of IMC Act, 1956.
(ii) Post-graduate qualification mentioned in the Schedule VI of the MCI Act, or equivalent.
(iii) At least 3 years experience after post-graduation as Tutor/ Demonstrator/ Lecturer/ Registrar/ Research Officer/ Senior Resident in recognized medical institutions.
Desirable: Formal training in medical education technology and or knowledge in the modern evaluation techniques including generation of MCQs, MEQs, analysis of performance of the candidates etc.

2. Deputy Director (Non Medical) {01 Post}

Educational Qualifications
|
Post Graduate Degree/ Professional Degree and five years of experience with minimum 5 years service in the pay band Rs. 15600-39100 with GP Rs. 5400 as grade pay in the area of administration preferably in medical institution.
