1. Librarian – 01 Post

Age Limit: 55 years
Educational Qualifications & Essential: (i) A Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science/documentation with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale and consistenly Good Academic Record. i.e. Candidate must have obtained at least 50% marks in each of the two public examination/degrees immediately preceding the Master’ Degree.
(ii) 13 years of experience as Deputy Librarian in a University Library or 18 years of experience as a college librarian.
(iii) Consolidated API score as per the UGC regulation 2010.

Educational Qualifications & Essential: (i) A Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science/documentation with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale and consistenly Good Academic Record. i.e. Candidate must have obtained at least 50% marks in each of the two public examination/degrees immediately preceding the Master’ Degree.
(ii) 5 years of experience as Assistant Librarian in a University Library or a college library or equivalent.
(iii) Consolidated API score as per the UGC regulation 2010.

Educational Qualifications & Essential: (i) A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with 10 years of experience in designing systems and construction of buildings, roads, sanitary and water supply systems, including their maintenance in any recognized University/Autonomous Body/Govt. Department or organization/PSU.
(ii) Knowledge of computer applications.

4. Assistant Librarian – 01 Post
Pay Band: Rs. 15600-39100 with GP Rs. 6000/-
Educational Qualifications & Essential: (i) A Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science/documentation science or an equivalent professional degree with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale and consistently Good Academic Record with knowledge of computerization of library i.e. Under Good academic record Candidate must have obtained at least 50% marks in each of the two public examination/degrees immediately preceding the Master’ Degree.
(ii) Qualifying the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted for the purpose by the UGC or any other agency approved by UGC is mandatory. However, candidates who have been awarded Ph.D degree in accordance with UGC regulation 2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET.
Desirable: (i) PG Diploma in Library Automation/Computerization or Networking.
(ii) At least 3 years working experience in Library computerization digital library and/or networking.
(iii) Effective communication and interpersonal skills with friendly user orientation.

Educational Qualifications & Essential: (i) Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC 7 point scale.
(ii) The candidate must have Good Academic Record i.e. Candidate must have obtained at leat 50% marks in each of the two public examination/degrees immediately preceding the Master’s degree.
Desirable: (i) Five years of experience as Section Officer in the scale of Rs. 9,300-34,800/- with Grade Pay Rs. 4,600/- or holding analogous post.
(ii) Master’s degree in management/law/any course of administration or in information technology with experience of using it in management functions in Universities or Higher Education Institutes.
(iii) Candidates should have leadership qualities and requisite experience in one or more of the following areas: Accounting and Financial procedures, OR Administration OR Academic matters such as conduct of examinations, Admissions maintenance of student records, award of scholarships, degree etc., OR Materials management, procurement/Distribution of materials, Import Procedure/Stores Accounting, Stock Verification etc.

Educational Qualifications & Essential: (i) Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized University.
(ii) At least 15 years experience in Police/Para-Military forces/Armed Forces of the Union and should have held a post not below the rank of Subedar/Sub-inspector (Executive) or an equivalent position with exemplary service.
