The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) invites applications in the prescribed proforma from well qualified and experienced employees of Central or State Governments or Universities or Autonomous Bodies or PSUs, holding posts on regular basis in the parent Cadre or Department, for appointment to the following posts on deputation basis initially for a period of one year, extendable for further period of not exceeding three years’ on year to year basis, The details of posts are as under.

Pay Band: PB-4 Rs. 37400-67000 with GP Rs. 8900/-
Educational Qualifications:Master Degree in any of the subjects of Science or Mathematics or Computer Application or Management including Behavioral Science, Commerce and Business Economics or Economics or Pharmacy or Engineering and Technology or Architecture and Town Planning from a recognized University or equivalent.
2. Director – 03 Post
Pay Band: PB-4 Rs. 37400-67000 with GP Rs. 8700/-
Educational Qualifications:Master Degree in any of the subjects of Science or Mathematics or Computer Application or Management including Behavioral Science, Commerce and Business Economics or Economics or Pharmacy or Engineering and Technology or Architecture and Town Planning from a recognized University or equivalent.
3. Deputy Director – 01 Post
Pay Band: PB-3 Rs. 15600-39100 with GP Rs. 7600/-
Educational Qualifications:Possessing Master Degree in any of the subjects of Science or Mathematics or Computer Application or Management including Behavioral Science, Commerce and Business Economics or Pharmacy or Engineering and Technology or Architecture and Town Planning from a recognized University or equivalent.
4. Assistant Director – 15 Post
Pay Band: PB-3 Rs. 15600-39100 with GP Rs. 6600/-
Educational Qualifications:Master Degree in any of the subjects of Science or Mathematics or Computer Application or Management including Behavioral Science, Commerce and Business Economics or Economics or Pharmacy or Engineering and Technology or Architecture and Town Planning from a recognized University or equivalent.
Pay Band: PB-3 Rs. 15600-39100 with GP Rs. 6600/- (SI. No. 5 & 6)
5. Chief Administration Officer – 01 Post
Educational Qualifications:(i) Degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
(ii) Eight years experience in a supervisory capacity in Central or State Government offices or Universities or PSUs or Autonomous Bodies.
(iii) Knowledge in Administration, Establishment matters, Financial Rules and procedures of the Government of India, and
(iv) Knowledge of Computer applications.
6. Assistant Legal Advisor – 01 Post
Educational Qualifications:(i) Masters Degree in Law or equivalent from a recognized University or equivalent.
(ii) Eight years Legal practice as an Advocate in High Courts or Supreme Court of India; or
(iii) Eight years experience in dealing with legal matters in supervisory capacity in Central or State Governments Organizations or PSUs. or Universities or Autonomous Bodies.
Pay Band: PB-2 Rs. 9300-34800 with GP Rs. 5400/- (SI. No. 7 & 8)
7. System Analyst/ Programmer – 01 Post
Educational Qualifications:(i) Master Degree in Statistics or Mathematics (with Statistics) or Operations Research or Physics or Economics (with Statistics) or Commerce (with Statistics) from a recognized University or equivalent; or
(ii) Degree in Engineering or Computer Science from a recognized University or equivalent; and
(iii) Three years experience of electronic data processing work, out of which at least one year experience should be in actual programming on an electronic computer.
8. Senior Accounts Officer – 01 Post
Educational Qualifications:(i) Degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
(ii) Eight years experience in accounts work in a supervisory capacity in Central or State Government offices or Universities or PSUs or Autonomous Bodies.
(iii) Knowledge in Financial Rules and procedures of the Government Establishments and adequate experience in dealing with accounts, Audit, Budget and Financial matters.
(iv) Knowledge of Computer applications.
9. Private Secretary – 03 Post
Pay Band: PB-2 Rs. 9300-34800 with GP Rs. 4600/-
Educational Qualifications:(i) Degree from a recognized University or equivalent,
(ii) Possessing speed of 120 words per minute in Stenography in English.
(iii) Knowledge in Computer applications; and
(iv) Eight years of relevant experience in Central or State Governments or Central/ State Govt. Universities or Autonomous Bodies set up by Government.
Pay Band: PB-2 Rs. 9300-34800 with GP Rs. 4200/- (SI. No. 10 to 12)
10. Personal Assistant – 04 Post
Educational Qualifications:(i) Degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
(ii) Speed of 100 words per minute in Stenography in English.
(iii) Five years experience as Steno in a reputed organization;
(iv) Knowledge in Computer applications.
11. Office Superintendent Cum-Accountant – 09 Post
Educational Qualifications:(i) Degree in Commerce from a recognized
University or equivalent.
(ii) Possessing five years experience of Central or State Government offices or Universities or PSUs, or Autonomous Bodies in accounting/ budgeting/auditing / cash and general finance matters. Knowledge of Government rules and regulations.
12. Assistant – 3 Post
Educational Qualifications:(i) Degree from a recognized University or
equivalent.
(ii) Six years experience in General Administration/Accounts work.
(ii) Working knowledge in Computer Applications.
13. Upper Division Clerk – 11 Post
Pay Band: PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 with GP Rs. 2400/-
Educational Qualifications:(i) Degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
(ii) Knowledge in Computer applications.
(iii) Five years work experience in general administration and accounts from Central or State Government Organizations or PSUs or Universities or Autonomous Bodies.
