NIPGR New Delhi Recruitment 2016 – Technician, Junior Hindi Translator & Management Assistant

National Institute of Plant Genome Research, New Delhi is an Autonomous Research Institution funded by Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology, Govt. of India, to pursue research on various aspects of plant genomics. The Institute is also in the process of establishing a NIPGR Translational Centre at Biotech Science Cluster, NCR, Faridabad. NIPGR invites applications from Indian Citizens for filling up the vacant posts on Direct Recruitment basis, as detailed below. The posts are temporary but likely to continue.

1. Technical Staff Grade II – 01 Post
Educational Qualifications:M.Sc or equivalent qualification with 1 year relevant experience or B.Sc. with 5 years relevant experience or Intermediate plus 3 years Diploma in Engineering with 5 years relevant experience or AMIE or Degree in Engineering with one year relevant experience or Bachelor of Information Technology or equivalent with one year experience or Graduate in any discipline and appropriate qualification in Information Technology with five year relevant experience.
2. Technical Assistant Grade II – 01 Post
Educational Qualifications:12th pass with Science plus 2 years full time Diploma in MLT with 7 years experience in R & D laboratory OR B.Sc. with three years experience OR Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University with Diploma/ Certificate in Computer Applications with three years experience.
Age Limit: 18 to 25 years (SI. No. 3 & 4)
3. Technician I – 03 Post
Pay Band: Rs. 5200-20200 with GP Rs. 2400/-
Educational Qualifications:(i) Matriculate with Science plus 2 years full time Diploma in Medical Lab Technology course and 2 years relevant experience after MLT; OR B. Sc. OR
(ii) Three years Diploma in Engineering Technology or Metric with ITI Certificate in respective trade with four years relevant experience in the pay band of 5,200-20,200 in PB-1 with Grade Pay of 2,000/-.
4. Technician II – 01 Post
Pay Band: Rs. 5200-20200 with GP Rs. 2000/-
Educational Qualifications: (i) Matriculate with Science plus 3 years experience in R&D Laboratory or Diploma in Medical Lab Technology course OR;
(ii) Metric with ITI Certificate in respective trade with 3 years relevant experience in the respective trade in a reputed lab/industrial establishment including apprenticeship in a recognized workshop.
Age Limit: 30 years (SI. No. 5 & 6)
5. Management Assistant – 02 Post
Pay Band: Rs. 9300-34800 with GP Rs. 4600/-
Educational Qualifications:Graduate with minimum 5 years experience in the pay band of 9,300 – 34,800 with grade pay of 4,200 or equivalent having the knowledge of administration/stores & purchase/finance and accounts matters/establishment/house keeping jobs etc.
6. Junior Hindi Translator – 01 Post
Pay Band: Rs. 9300-34800 with GP Rs. 4200/-
Educational Qualifications:Master’s Degree of a recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level. Or Master’s degree of a recognized University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level. Or Master’s degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level. Or Master’s degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of a examination at the degree level. Or Master’s degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subjects or either of the two as a medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at degree level; And recognized Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa Or Two years experience in translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa in Central or State Government offices including Government organizations.

7. Hindi Typist – 01 Post
Pay Band: Rs. 5200-20200 with GP Rs. 1900/-
Educational Qualifications:(i) 12th Class or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University.
(ii) Typing speed of 30 w.p.m. on Computer (30 w.p.m. correspond to 9000 KDPH on an average of 5 keys depressions for each word.
8. Multi-Tasking Staff – 02 Post
Pay Band: Rs. 5200-20200 with GP Rs. 1800/-
Educational Qualifications:Matriculation or equivalent from the recognized Board or University.
