1. Senior HRD Officer – 02 Post
Educational Qualifications:Two years Full Time MBA (HR)/PG in HR /or equivalent relevant professional qualification with 7 years’ relevant experience.
2. Senior Finance Officer – 02 Post
Educational Qualifications:(i) CA with 4 years’ experience or
(ii) Two years Full Time MBA(Finance)/PG in Finance/CS/ ICWA/ or equivalent relevant professional qualification with 7 years’ relevant experience.
3. Senior Admin Officer – 02 Post
Educational Qualifications: (i) LLM with 4 years’ experience or
(ii) Two years Full Time MBA/PG in Mass communication/LLB or equivalent relevant professional qualification with 7 years’ relevant experience.
4. Senior Legal Officer – 01 Post
Educational Qualifications:(i) LLM with 4 years’ experience or
(ii) LLB or equivalent relevant professional qualification with 7 years’ relevant experience.

5. Finance cum Admin Officer – 02 Post
Educational Qualifications: (i) CA/LLM or
(ii) Two years Full Time MBA (Finance)/PG in Finance/LLB/CS/ICWA or equivalent relevant professional qualification with 3 years’ relevant experience.
6. Admin Officer – 01 Post
Educational Qualifications:(i) LLM or
(ii) Two years Full Time MBA/PG in Materials Management/LLB or equivalent relevant professional qualification with 3 years’ relevant experience.
7. Personal Assistant (Secretarial) – 01 Post
Pay Band: PB-2 Rs. 9300-34800 with GP Rs. 4200/-
Educational Qualifications: Graduate with 50/100 wpm typing/shorthand, familiar with computer operations with 3 years’ relevant experience.
8. Finance Executive – 01 Post
Pay Band: PB-2 Rs. 9300-34800 with GP Rs. 4600/-
Educational Qualifications: (i) Graduate with 50% marks in any discipline or Postgraduate.
(ii) Familiar with computer operations.
(iii) 14 years of working experience in relevant field for graduates and 12 years for post graduates.
Selection Process: (i) Group A: Selection processes viz. written test, Interview, group discussions etc., as deemed fit by the management, will be deployed.
Group B: A written test/skill test will be conducted as deemed fit by the management.
Management reserves the right to change/modify the selection process at any time, during the process, at its discretion. The decision of the management will be final and binding.
(ii) The qualification and experience prescribed are the minimum requirements and possession of the same does not automatically make the candidates entitled to be called for selection processes. There will be an initial screening based on the academic and other parameters given in the on-line application and only those screened-in will be considered for further selection process. The management reserves the right to increase the minimum eligibility criteria/cut off limits, in the event of the number of applicants more, for any post(s) at its discretion. Candidates will be selected on the basis of their academic credentials, experience profile, performance in the written test/interview and such other selection processes/parameters, as deemed fit by management.
(iii) If no candidates are found suitable for notified position, C-DAC may consider them for lower position, however, not for the reason that they possess lower qualification / experience.
