Indian Rare Earths Ltd (IREL) a Mini-Ratna category – I Public Sector Undertaking under the Administrative control of the Department of Atomic Energy is the industry leader in the area of Beach Sand Minerals like ilmenite, rutile (titanium ores), zircon, monazite, sillimanite, etc., and producer of rare earths (Lanthanides) chemicals, thorium nitrate etc. The company requires proactive professional for the following positions for its Corporate Office, Mumbai and its Units located in Kerala, Tamilnadu, and Odisha.

1. Manager (Finance/ Internal Audit) – 02 Post
Pay Band: Rs. 29100-54500/-
Age Limit: 45 years
Educational Qualifications:Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant. (CMA) 09 years post qualification executive experience, Computer Proficiency.
2. Dy. Manager (HRM) – 02 Post
Pay Band: Rs. 24900-50500/-
Age Limit: 38 years
Educational Qualifications:Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in MBA/ MA/MSW (2 years full time course) with specialization in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations from reputed & recognized Universities/Institution approved by AICTE. Exp 06 years post qualification executive experience, Degree in law Computer proficiency.
Applications Fees: Applicants/candidates are required to pay a non-refundable amount of Rs. 100/- for the posts mentioned above in the form of Demand Draft (DD) (candidate will be levied service tax and service charges on DD as applicable). Only SC,ST, PwD, OBC (NCL), women candidates are exempted from payment of application fees. A non-refundable Demand Draft (DD) for Rs. 100/- (Not applicable to SC,ST, PwD, OBC (NCL), women candidates) draw in favour of Indian Rare Earths Ltd., payable at Mumbai. The candidate is required to write his/her name, date of birth and post applied for on the reverse of demand draft before sending along with application form. No other mode of payment will be accepted. Application fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Candidates are therefore requested to verify their eligibility before payment of application fees.
Selection Procedure: The selection procedure will be decided by IREL depending upon the response received against each post. The selection criteria can be by way of test and/or personal interview or by any other appropriate way. Decision of IREL will be final in this regard.
