Application in prescribed format are invited from Indian citizens as defined in Part-II of the Constitution of India for recruitment to different posts at the office of the Dakshin Dinajpur Zilla Parishad.

1.  Additional Accountant – 01 Post
Educational Qualifications:Bachelor Degree in Commerce from recognized University.

2.  Assistant Cashier – 01 Post
Educational Qualifications: Passed Madhyamik or equivalent exam. of any recognized University, Board or Council having secured at least 50% marks in aggregate.

3.  Computer Assistant – 01 Post
Educational Qualifications:Bachelor Degree from recognized University along with PGDCA from UGS/AICTE/Govt. recognized University or Diploma in Computer Science or B.Sc. (Honours) in Computer Science or BCA from recognized University.

Pay Band: PB-2 Rs. 5400-25200 with GP Rs. 2600/- (SI. No. 4 to 7)

4.  LDA – 05 Post
Educational Qualifications: Passed Madhyamik or equivalent exam. of any recognized University, Board or Council having secured at least 50% marks in aggregate.

5.  Data Entry Operator – 01 Post
Educational Qualifications:Passed Madhyamik or equivalent exam from any recognized University or Board or Council and having a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute in English and 20 words per minute in Bengali. At least 3 months formal training Computer from any Institute recognized by the State Govt. or the  Central Govt. or State Council of Technical Education or all India Council of Technical Education with one year experience of Data entry operation.

6.  Typist (Bengali) – 01 Post
Educational Qualifications:Passed Madhyamik or equivalent exam, having secured at least 50% marks in aggregate of any recognized University, Board or Council, and have typing speed of 40 words per minute in English or typing of 30 words per minute in Bengali.

7.  Typist (English) – 01 Post
Educational Qualifications: Passed Madhyamik or equivalent exam., having secured at least 50% marks in aggregate of any recognized University, Board or Council, and have typing speed of 40 words per minute in English or typing of 30 words per minute in Bengali.

8.  SAE (Civil) – 01 Post
Pay Band: PB-4 Rs. 9000-40500 with GP Rs. 4400/-
Educational Qualifications:Diploma in Civil Engineering from any Council or Board recognized.

9.  Stenographer (English) – 02 Post
Pay Band: PB-3 Rs. 7100-37600 with 3600/-
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor Degree from recognized University and ability to take dictation at a speed of at least 80 words per minute and typing speed of at least 40 words per minute in English or ability to take dictation at a speed at least 70 words per minute and typing speed of at least 30 words per minute in Bengali as the case may be.

10.  Group-D – 04 Post
Pay Band: PB-1 Rs. 4900-16200 with GP Rs. 1700/-
Educational Qualifications:Passed at least Class VIII exam.

How to Apply:- (i) Candidates shall apply for any post, if eligibility criteria full fill, by submitting their applications in prescribed format in the website www.ddinaipur.nic.in through online submission by filling up their basic information including scanned photographs. 
(ii) Applicants are required to upload scanned copy of their recent colour passport size photograph within stipulated space and size. 
(iii) A flow chart on “How to Apply” is placed in the online application site following which only the applicant have to fill up the online form.
(iv) No application form without the unique registration number/ application ID shall be accepted by the Selection Committee.
(v) The registration number/ application ID should be preserved by the applicant for any further reference and generation of Admit Card etc.
(vi) After filling up and submission of the application form properly, a print out of the same must be kept be the candidate for the further reference.
