Educational Qualifications & Experience: (i) Five years integrated law (LLB) with 55% of marks;
OR
(ii) Graduate with minimum 55% marks with 03/05 years LLB with 55% marks.
Experience: (i) 21 years post qualification experience as Legal Practitioner in Hon’ble High Courts/ Hon’ble Supreme Court of both courts together conducting cases on behalf of Govt. and/ or on behalf of Central PSU/ State PSU.
OR
(ii) 21 years post qualification experience working in Legal Department of Central/ State Govt./ PSUs/ Public Sector Banks & Insurance Companies in handling of Labour/ Insustrial/ Civil/ Taxation/ Service Matters/ Consumer Disputes/ Competition Law/ International Contract Matters and must be in the pay scale of Rs. 43200-66000 or equivalent scale of pay.
OR
(iii) 21 years post qualifications experience as an Executive in a large reputed Industrial Organizations in private sector and presently heading the Legal Department and directly reporting to CEO of the company with an annual turnover of Rs. 5000 crores.
OR
(iv) 21 years post qualification experience in Judicial Service of any State.
2. General Manager (Security) – 06 Post

Educational Qualifications & Experience:Graduate
Experience: 3 years services as Brigadier or equivalent in Defence Services. (Commodore in Navy, Air Commodore in Air Force).
OR
23 years of experience in All para Military Forces/ Central Armed Police Forces in the rank of Addl.I.G./ Dy.I.G.
OR
IPS Officer of DIG or equivalent rank.

Pay Band: Rs. 20600 – 46500 at the initial Basic of Rs. 20600/- during the first year (Training Period). Educational Qualifications For:
* Mining, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical/Mineral (Coal Preparation), Electronics & Telecommunication, Industrial Engineering:
B.E./ B.Tech/ AMIE/B.Sc. (Engg.) in relevant branch of Engineering with Minimum 60% marks.
* Environment Engineering: Degree in Environmental Engineering with minimum 60% marks or any Engineering Degree with PG Degree/ Diploma in Environmental Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute with minimum 60% marks.
* Systems/IT: B.E./B.Tech./ B.Sc. (Engg) in Computer Science/ Computer Engg./ IT or MCA, with minimum 60% marks.
* Geology: M.Sc./ M.Tech./ B.Sc. (Engg) in Computer Science/ Computer Engg./ IT or MCA, with minimum 60% marks.
* Materials Management: Engineering Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with MBA/ PG Diploma in Management with minimum 60% marks.
* Finance & Accounts: Qualified CA/ICWA.
* Personnel & HR: Graduates with at least two years full time Post Graduate Degree/ PG Diploma/ Post Graduate Program in Management with specialization in HR/ Industrial Relations/ Personnel Management or MHROD or MBA or Master of Social work with specialization in HR from recognized Indian University/ Institutes with minimum 60% marks.
* Sales & Marketing: Recognized Degree with MBA/ PG Diploma in Management with specialization in Marketing (Major) from Institute/ University with minimum 60% marks.
* Rajbhasha (Hindi): M.A. in Hindi with minimum 60% marks and Graduation with Hindi and English as main subjects with minimum 50% marks.
* Community Development: Minimum two years full time Post Graduate Degree or Post Graduate Diploma of two year duration from a recognized University/ Institute in Community Development/ Rural Development/ Community Organization and Development Practice/ Urban and Rural Community Development Management/ Rural Management with minimum 60% marks.
OR
Minimum 2 years full time Post Graduate Degree (from recognized University/ Institute) in Social Work with specialization Community Development/ Rural Development/ Community Development/ Rural Development/ Community Organization & Development Practice/ Urban & Rural Community Development/ Rural & Tribal Development/ Development Management with minimum 60% marks.
* Public Relations: Post Graduate Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma (Full time courses) in Journalism/ Mass Communication/ Public Relations from a recognized University with minimum 60% marks.
* Legal: Graduate in Law of 3 years/ 5 years duration from recognized University/ Institute with minimum 60% marks.
