Educational Qualifications:(i) M.Sc./Ph.D in Soil Science/Geography. Preference will be given to candidates with Doctorate Degree having 10 years of experience of soil survey and mapping at various scales, soil genesis and taxonomic soil classification along with the Application of Remote Sensing & GIS in the field of soil survey.
(ii) Ability to analyze data and preparation of projects, MIS System, writing reports, seminar notes, articles etc. as evidence by publication in national and international journals.
(iii) The person should have the ability of team leadership & motivation.
