1. System Engineer – 01 Post
Pay Band: PB-3 Rs. 15600-39100 with GP Rs. 7600/-
Educational Qualifications:At least 55% marks in the degree (preferably BE/B.Tech in CSE/IT/ECE or MCA or M.Sc/PG diploma in computer sciences or equivalent). However, a First class degree and a degree in engineering is desirable. Applicants holding BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/PG diploma should have at least 8 years of demonstrated experience whereas the experience for applicants with ME/M.Tech degree in related areas should be at least 6 years. The experience should be in installation, operation, management and maintenance of computer systems (servers, system software) in a reputed organization. Proficiency in UNIX based operating systems is essential.
2. Executive Engineer (Civil) – 01 Post
Pay Band: PB-3 Rs. 15600-39100 with GP Rs. 6600/-
Educational Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized Institute / University with at least 12 years of experience in the execution and supervision of Civil Works/Construction Management. Holding analogous post at the same level or worked as an Assistant Executive Engineer in the Pay Band of 15600- 39100/- (PB-3) with Grade Pay ₹5400/- or equivalent for a period of 5 years under the Central/State Govt. including Govt. Autonomous bodies/Organizations/Public Sector Organizations.
Pay Band: PB-3 Rs. 15600-39100 with GP Rs. 5400/- (SI. No. 3 to 8)
Age Limit: 35 years (SI. No. 3 to 5)
3. System Administrator – 01 Post
Educational Qualifications:At least 55% marks in the degree (preferably BE/B.Tech in CSE/IT/ECE or MCA or M.Sc/PG diploma in computer science or equivalent).
4. Network Administrator – 01 Post
Educational Qualifications:At least 55% marks in the degree (preferably BE/B.Tech in CSE/IT/ECE or MCA or M.Sc/PG diploma in computer science or equivalent).
5. Programmer – 01 Post
Educational Qualifications:At least 55% marks in the degree (preferably BE/B.Tech in CSE/IT/ECE or MCA or M.Sc/PG diploma in computer science or equivalent). However, a First class degree is desirable. The applicant should have at least 3 years of demonstrated experience and knowledge in a reputed Organization, preferably in an educational institution.
6. Chief Security Officer – 01 Post
Age Limit: 45 years
Educational Qualifications:(i) Bachelor Degree from a recognized University
(ii) 8 years’ experience as Commissioned/Short Service Commissioned officer in Army/Navy/Air Force or as Deputy Superintendent of Police or as Assistant Commandant in Para- Military Forces with exemplary service
(iii) Holding a valid driving license to ride Jeep/ Motor Cycle.
7. Student Counsellor – 01 Post
Age Limit: 40 years
Educational Qualifications: Master’s degree with more than 60% marks or a CGPA of 6.5 on a 10 point scale in the field of Psychology (Counselling, Clinical Psychology), Sociology. Candidates with Ph. D. /M.Phil. with 2 years’ experience will be preferred.
8. Medical Officer – 03 Post
Age Limit: 50 years
Educational Qualifications:MBBS, including completion of compulsory rotating internship, followed by at least 3 years of experience in a recognized hospital, OR Post-Graduate in an appropriate branch of Medicine plus at least one year experience in a recognized hospital, OR MD, or MS, in an appropriate branch of Medicine.
Pay Band: PB-2 Rs. 9300-34800 with GP Rs. 4200/- (SI. No. 9 to 13)
9. Assistant Security Officer – 01 Post
Age Limit: 40 years
Educational Qualifications:(i) Graduation with 4 years relevant experience in the armed or civil forces in the PB-1, (5200-20200/-) with GP-2800/-
(ii) Should have experience in security, surveillance, handing firearms, firefighting/ Police training and matters pertaining to civic/ staffs unrest.
Age Limit: 35 years (SI. No. 10 to 13)
10. Physical Training Instructor – 03 Post
Educational Qualifications:A Master degree in Physical Education with one year relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education with 5 years of relevant experience. Preference would be given to the candidates who have represented State/Nation at the State/National/International level sports competition.
11. Staff Nurse – 01 Post
Educational Qualifications:Intermediate OR 10+2 OR equivalent and must have passed the examination held by Nursing Council with 3 years course in General Nursing and Mid-wiferry, with 1stDivision or equivalent grade, with 3 years of relevant experience in Govt./Semi Govt./ Central autonomous bodies/reputed hospitals.
12. Horticulturist – 01 Post
Educational Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture/ Agriculture/Forestry with 3 years of experience in Landscape design, development and maintenance / Observing, analyzing and treating disease of plants/ Plantation & decoration of seasonal annual flower beds / Nursery development and maintenance.
13. Junior Hindi Translator – 01 Post
Educational Qualifications:Master’s degree of a recognized University or equivalent in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree level OR Master’s degree of recognized University or equivalent in English with Hindi as a subject at the degree level
OR
Bachelor’s degree with Hindi and English as main subjects (which includes term compulsory and elective).

15. Pharmacist – 01 Post
Age Limit: 35 years
Educational Qualifications:(i) Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Pharmacy granted by an institution of the Central/State Govt. or an Institution recognized by Central or State Government and passed in 1st class.
(ii) Should be registered as “Pharmacist” under the Pharmacy Act, 1948. (iii) 2 years relevant experience in Govt./Semi Govt./Central Autonomous Bodies.
16. Superintending Engineer (Civil) – 01 Post

Educational Qualifications:(i) Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institute / University with 15 years of experience in execution and construction of Civil Work including Public Health and Construction Management.
(ii) Holding analogous post at the same level or worked as an Executive Engineer in the Pay Band-3 [15, 600-39,100/-] with a Grade Pay of 6600/- or equivalent for a period of at least 7 years under the Central / State Government including Govt. (ii) Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3 pattern) in Commerce with Inter CA/ICWA/ICSI and knowledge of Accounting Software along with 3 years of experiences in Internal Audits/Audit works, Final Accounts, Finance, Budget

3 (Three) years Diploma in Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical/Electronics/ Computer Sciences and Engineering in the field of Civil/ Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics & Communication/Computer Sciences & Engineering / IT / Metallurgy & Materials / Chemical with 3 years relevant experience in Government/Semi government/ Central Autonomous body

ITI in 1st division or its equivalent mark from any reputed Engineering/Technical Institute with 5 years of relevant experience in Govt./Semi Govt./ Central autonomous bodies /reputed industry. Knowledge of computed application, Wiremen License/ Permit issued by Chief Instructor/Competent authority of respective states is essential for candidate with electrical specialization.
21. Junior Laboratory Assistant – 04 Post
Educational Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3 years pattern) in Science with Physics/Chemistry / Geology & Geo physics/ Bio Sciences/ Computer Sciences/ Geology with 2 years relevant experience in Government/Semi government/ Central Autonomous body. Good knowledge of Computer Application.
22. Pharmacist – 01 Post
Age Limit: 35 years
Educational Qualifications:(i) Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Pharmacy granted by an institution of the Central/State Govt. or an Institution recognized by Central or State Government and passed in 1st class.
(ii) Should be registered as “Pharmacist” under the Pharmacy Act, 1948.
(iii) 2 years relevant experience in Govt./Semi Govt./Central Autonomous Bodies.
Applications Fee: The applicants are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 500/- (Rupees five hundred only) in the form of Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favour of “Registrar, IIT Bhubaneswar” payable at Bhubaneswar. Candidates should mention their particulars (Name, address & position applied) on the reverse of the DD. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD/Transgender category and women candidates are not required to pay application fee.
