1. District Consultant (Public Health) – 01 Post
Educational Qualifications: MBBS/ Dental/ AYUSH/ Nursing Graduate with degree/ diploma in Health Management.
2. District Consultant (Quality Assurance) – 01 Post
Educational Qualifications: MBBS/ Dental/ AYUSH/ Nursing Graduate with Masters in Hospital Administration/ Health Management (MHA – Full time or equivalent).
3. Senior Tuberculosis Laboratory Supervisor – 01 Post
Salary: Rs. 16,860/-
Age Limit: Minimum 22 years and Maximum 40 years
Educational Qualifications: (i) Graduate degree from any discipline from any recognized university. DMLT or equivalent from a Govt. recognized Institution.
(ii) At least 50% marks in all requisite qualification.
(iii) Permanent two wheeler driving License.
(iv) Certificate Course in computer Application.
4. Programme cum Administrative Assistant (NQAP) – 01 Post
Salary: Rs. 12,000/-
Age Limit: Minimum 20 years and Maximum 40 years
Educational Qualifications: (i) Graduate degree of any discipline from recognized university.
(ii) Fluency in MS Office Package.
(iii) Knowledge of Accountancy.
5. Hospital Attendant – 02 Post
6. Sanitary Attendant – 02 Post
Salary: Rs. 7,500/-
Age Limit: 40 years
Educational Qualifications: (i) Madhyamik Passed or equivalent from any recognized Institute.
(ii) Must be Resident of Purulia District.
Note:- (i) Last date of submission of application at Office of The CMOH & Secretary, DH&FWS, Ranchi Road, Purulia is 10.03.2017 (for the post of SI. No. 1 to 6) through Registered Post/ Speed Post/ Courier. Application will not be received by hand in the Office. Envelope should be superscribed “Applications for the Post of_______Under_____Programme”.
(ii) Demand Draft (DD): An amount of Rs. 100/- only for UR Categories and Rs. 50/- only for the reserved categories through Demand Draft (DD) issued from any Nationalized Bank in favour of District Health & Welfare Samiti, Purulia payable at Service Branch, Purulia must be submitted along with the application. Demand Draft (DD) is subject to non refundable.
