Eligibility Conditions: Officers of the Central/ State Governments/ Union Territory/ Recognized Research Institute or Councils/ Universities/ Public Sector Undertakings/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous bodies or Statutory Organizations:-
(i) holding analogous posts on a regular basis;
(ii) with 5 years service in the pay scale of Rs. 15600-39100 with GP Rs, 5400/- (revised to Level-10 of the pay matrix as per 7th CPC) or equivalent; or
(iii) with 8 years service in the pay scale of Rs. 9300-34800 PB-2 with GP Rs. 4600/- (revised to Level-7 of the pay matrix as per 7th CPC) or equivalent; and
(iv) having experience in administration, establishment and accounts.
