Eligibility: Officers of the Central Govt.
(i) with 2 years regular service in posts in the pay scale of Rs. 1640-2900 (revised in 7th CPC to pay matrix table level-6 (35400-112400).
(ii) with 7 years regular service in posts in the pay scale of Rs. 1400-2300/2600 (revised in 7th CPC to pay matrix table level-5 (29200-92300).
(iii) Possessing a speed of 100 words per minute in stenography (English or Hindi).

(iii) with 10 years regular service in posts in the scale of Rs. 5200-20200 with GP Rs. 2800/- or equivalent and;
(iv) Possessing degree from a recognised University or equivalent.
(v) Two years experience in Administrative and Establishment matters.
