Desirable: Master of Commerce or Master of Arts (Economics) or Master of Business Administration or Master of Business Economics or Master of Public Administration or Cost or Chartered Accounts.

(ii) with five years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in the pay band-2 Rs. 9300-34800/- with grade pay of Rs. 4200/- or equivalent in the parent cadre/ department; and
Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience:-
