Defence Institute of Advances Technology (DIAT) invites applications from eligible Indian Nationals for Faculty positions at the level of Assistant Professors in various departments as per details given below.

Educational Qualifications For:
* Aerospace Engg. (01 – UR Post) :- (i) Ph. D. Degree with 60% marks at Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in relevant branch of Engg. The candidate must possess Masters degree in Aerospace/Aeronautical Engg with Aerospace Structures as specialisation.
(ii) Three years post Ph. D experience in R&D / Academics/ Industry.
* Aerospace Engg. (01 – OBC Post) :- (i) Ph. D. Degree with 60% marks at Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in relevant branch of Engg. The candidate must possess Masters degree in Aerospace/Aeronautical Engg with Aerospace propulsion as specialisation.
(ii) Three years post Ph. D experience in R&D / Academics/ Industry.
* Mechanical Engg. (01 – ST Post) :- (i) Ph. D. Degree with 60% marks at Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engg. with Thermal / Heat & Mass Transfer as specialisation.
(ii) Three years post Ph. D experience in R&D / Academics/ Industry.
* Mechanical Engg. (01 – SC Post) :- (i) Ph. D. Degree with 60% marks at Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in relevant branch of Engg. with Robotics/ Mechanisation as specialisation.
(ii) Three years post Ph. D experience in R&D / Academics/ Industry.
* Electronics Engg. (01 – OBC Post) :- (i) Ph. D. Degree with 60% marks at Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Electronics Engg. with specialisations (a) Signal Processing/ Detection & Estimation Theory, (b) VLSI & Embedded Systems / Digital Electronics / Digital Communication / Communications & RF Systems.
(ii) Three years post Ph. D experience in R&D / Academics/ Industry.
Applications Fee:- An application fee of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) (no application fee for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/PWD candidates) is payable separately for each post which should be ONLY in the form of crossed DD drawn in favour of “Vice Chancellor, D.I.A.T.(DU), PUNE” payable at State Bank of India, Girinagar Branch (Code 02155), PUNE – 411025, duly enclosed along with the application.
