Eligibility Conditions: * For appointment on Deputation and Retired Employees – The officer working in Government/ Autonomous Bodies, the minimum of the scale should be Rs. 5400/- p.m. having the qualifications as under
Good academic record with first or second class Master’s degree in Social work or Social Sciences and five years experience in processing case of grant-in-aid to voluntary organisations in the field of social development.
* Appointment on Contract Basis – Good academic record with first or second class Bachelor’s degree in social sciences and ten years experience in processing cases of grant-in-aid to voluntary organisations in the field of social development.

Pay Band: PB-2 with GP Rs. 4600/-
Eligibility Conditions: * For appointment on Deputation and Retired Employees – Officers have rendered at least 5 years service in an analogous post in government department / autonomous body / educational institution in PB-2 + GP Rs. 4600/-.
* For appointment on Contract Basis – Degree in Commerce from a recognised university Knowledge of government rules governing finance and establishment matters.
