Eligibility Condition: (i) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
(ii) with three years service in the scale of pay of Rs. 9300-34800 with GP Rs. 4600/-
(iii) with six years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the scale of pay of Rs. 9300-34800 with GP Rs. 4200/- or equivalent in the parent cadre or department. Possessing bachelor’s degree from recognised university or Institute or equivalent and two years experience in matters relating to administration.
