Eligibility Criteria: For Central Govt. Employees:
25 years in Group A (Central Govt.) service including 5 years in SAG.
OR
For Absorbee Employees in CPSEs:
25 years in Group A (Central Govt.) & CPSE service including 5 years in E-8/SAG Level.
OR
For CPSE Employees:
(i) 25 years service in Executive Cadre in a CPSE and
(ii) 5 years service as GM (E-8 or SAG Level) in the CPSE (SAG shall be applicable for CPSEs following CDA scales)
OR
For Departmental Candidates:
5 years of service as GM (E-8 Level), including the period of deputation.
