Pay Band: PB-3 Rs. 15600-39100 with GP Rs. 7600/-
Educational Qualifications: (i) Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised University / Institute;
AND
(ii) 9 years experience in the Pay Scale of Pay Band-3 (Rs.15,600-39,100) with Grade Pay Rs.5400/- or equivalent or higher out of which 6 years experience in implementation of Infrastructure Sectors related to Highways, Roads and Bridges.
Manager (Technical)
No of Post: 92
Pay Band: PB-3 Rs. 15600-39100 with GP Rs. 6600/-
Educational Qualifications: (i) Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised University / Institute;
AND
(ii) 4 years experience in the Pay Scale of Pay Band-3 (Rs.15,600-39,100) with Grade Pay Rs.5400/- or equivalent or higher out of which 3 years experience in implementation of Infrastructure Sectors related to Highways, Roads and Bridges.

OR
(iii) M.Sc. in Computer Science / Information Technology / Multimedia etc.

Eligibility Criteria:(i) A persons employed in the Central Government or a State Government or Public Sector undertaking or an Autonomous Body established under law for the time being in force; and
(ii) Holding a analogous post in the Higher Administrative Grade in the pre-revised pay scale of Rs. 67000-79000/- (6th CPC); or
(iii) Having at least three years regular service in the Senior Administrative Grade of Pay band-4 with pre-revised pay scale of Rs. 37400-67000/- plus grade pay of Rs. 10000/- (6th CPC); or
(iv) Having at least twenty five years regular service in Group ‘A’ posts in the pay band – 3 with pre-revised pay scale of Rs. 15600-39100/- plus grade pay of Rs. 5400/- (6thCPC) and above out of which at least one year regular service should be in the Senior Administrative Grade pay band – 4 with pre-revised pay scale of Rs. 37400-67000/- plus grade pay of Rs. 10000/- (6th CPC); and.
(iii) Has at least eighteen years experience in the field of the public administration and management.
