Technical Officer
No of Post: 02
Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years
Pay Band: Level 6 as per 7th CPC with GP Rs. 4200/-
Educational Qualifications & Essential: B.Sc. with 7 years of experience or B. Tech / B. VSc / M. Sc with 3 years of experience in relevant areas like instrumentation / cell & microbial culture maintenance etc.
Desirable: (i) Experience of laboratory training focused on complex laboratory techniques, advanced instrumental handling and advanced animal cell culture techniques.
(ii) Experience in working in laminar hoods/bio-safety cabinets and performing molecular biology techniques (RT-PCR, Western blotting, gene silencing etc.).
(iii) Proficient in handling inverted microscopes, micromanipulation of embryos.
(iv) Knowledge of bio-analytical techniques, laboratory safety and quality assurance to support ongoing and future projects.
