Desirable: (i) Teaching, research, industrial or professional experience in Electrical Engineering and Technology in the recognised Research Institutions or Universities or Semi-Government or Autonomous Bodies or Statutory Organisations or Institutions under the direct control of the Central Government or State Government or Union Territories administration or Public Sector Undertakings.
(ii) Papers presented at Conferences or in referred journals.
Additional Government Advocate

Educational Qualifications: A person shall not be eligible for appointment by direct recruitment to a duty post in Grade II, unless he holds a Degree in Law of a recognised University or equivalent and unless he has been a member of a State Judicial Service for a period of not less than thirteen years or has held a superior post in the legal department of a State for a period of not less than thirteen years or a Central Government servant who has had experience in legal affairs for not less than thirteen years or is a qualified legal practitioner.

Educational Qualifications: A person shall not be eligible for appointment by direct recruitment to a duty post in Grade I, unless he holds a Degree in Law of a recognised University or equivalent and unless he has been a member of the Indian Civil Service permanently allotted to the judiciary or of a State Judicial Service for a period of not less than sixteen years or has held a superior post in the legal department of a State for a period of not less than sixteen years or a Central Government servant who has had experience in legal affairs for not less than sixteen years.
Applications Fee: (a) Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs. 25/- (Rupees Twenty five) only either by remitting the money in any branch of the SBI by cash or by using net banking facility of the SBI or by using visa/master credit/debit card.
(b) No fee for SC/ST/PH/Women candidates of any community. No “fee exemption” is available to OBC male candidates and they are required to pay the full prescribed fee.
(c) Applications without the prescribed fee would not be considered and summarily rejected. No representation against such rejection would be entertained.
(d) Fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstance nor can the fee be held in reserve for any other examination or selection.
