Educational Qualifications & Essential: (i) First class degree or equivalent grade in Engineering in relevant field from a recognised University/ Institute.
(ii) 15 years experience in relevant field as Engineer in CPWD, State PWD or Semi- Govt. / PSU/ Statutory or Autonomous organization/ University/ Institutions of national importance/ reputed organization under central / state governments of which 8 years should be as Executive Engineer in the GP of 6600/- or its equivalent or 5 years in Senior Executive Engineer in the GP of Rs 7600/- or equivalent.
Desirable: (i) Post-Graduation in Civil Engineering.
(ii) Preference would be given for having experience/ exposure of coordinating various services in an integrated manner required for the campus construction like Air conditioning, Solar heating system, Electrical, Telephone, Local area network, Rain water harvesting and implementing the green building concept in the campus.
(iii) Knowledge of Computer-aided Design (CAD) and latest Management Technology/other relevant software.
(iv) Proven track record of handling construction projects /consultancy in organisations of repute.
(v) Experience of working with high tension lines, electrical maintenance planning and execution of electrical works or Civil Engineering, Designing and estimation, construction management etc., as relevant to his specialisation.
