1. Chief Technical Officer {01 Post}
|
Educational Qualifications
|
Essential: A recognized University Degree (Master or Bachelors or equivalent) in Electrical or Civil or Agri. Engineering or in any relevant branch of Engineering from a reputed Institute e.g. IITs, NITs and etc., securing at least a high second class 55%.
Desirable: Additional qualification relevant to Development Projects and working knowledge of computers will be desirable.

2. Coordinator (Gender and Institution) {01 Post}
|
Educational Qualifications
|
Essential: Master or Bachelor Degree in Social Work, Development Economics, gender studies, rural development or in related fields, securing at least a high second class 55%.
Desirable: (i) Experience of working for or in close association with NGOs particularly in promotion and establishment of Self Help Group (SHGs) will be preferred.
(ii) Having Initiative, commitment and capacity for innovative thinking, especially on SHG initiatives,
(iii) Having empathy with tribal communities and ability to communicate and Interact easily with Communities particularly with women.
(iv) Willing to travel extensively with night halt at villages.

3. Technical Officer {01 Post}

Pay Band
|
Rs. 40,000/- PM
|

Educational Qualifications
|
Masters or Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or related subjects with a high second Class 55%.
