A recruitment notice is enclosed herewith inviting applications to fill up following vacancies in National Technical Research Organizations by methods of recruitment mentioned against each.

1. Senior Analyst – 01 Post
Pay Band: PB-4 Rs. 37400-67000 with GP Rs. 10000/-
Eligibility Conditions:Officers of the Central Government/ Defence Services.
(i) holding analogous post on regular basis in parent cadre or Department; or
(ii) with two years of regular service in Level – 13 A of the Pay Matrix; and
Possessing the following educational qualification and experience:-
(i) Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University/ Institution; and
(ii) Sixteen years experience in the field of Security and Intelligence work.
Pay Band: PB-4 Rs. 37400-67000 with GP Rs. 8900/-
Eligibility Conditions:Officers of the Central Government/ Defence Service.
(i) holding analogous post on regular basis in parent cadre or department; or
(ii) with two years of regular service in Level – 13 of the pay matrix; and
Possessing the following educational qualification and experience:-
(i) Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University/ Institution; and
(ii) Fourteen years experience in the field of Security and Intelligence work.
3. Analyst ‘E’ – 05 Post
Pay Band: PB-4 Rs. 37400-67000 with GP Rs. 8700/-
Eligibility Conditions: Officers of the Central Government/ Defence Services.
(i) holding analogous post on regular basis in parent cadre or department; or
(ii) with three years of regular service as Lt Colonel or equivalent (commensurate with Grade Pay of Rs. 8000/- in PB-4 in 6th CPC); or
(iii) with five years of regular service in Level – 12 of the pay matrix; and
Possessing the following qualification and experience:-
(i) Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University/ Institution; and
(ii) Ten years experience in the field of Security and Intelligence work.
